Nepali society is traditional and cultural society. Here are so many good traditions and bad traditions. Here are so many blind believes and traditions. Because of bad blind believes many people are victims.
Especially poor and lower cast woman are victims of blind believes. To be widow is great sin in Nepali culture. If any women become widow, it’s her fault.
She has to remain alone whole life and she is not allowed to wear red colors in her whole life. She cannot get proper help from her relatives and family members. She has to manage her children. For poor widows life is very difficult. They have to face negative attitude from society. Our society is male dominated society so women are victims of blind traditions. In this video a very young woman become widow and she is living very painful life. She is weeping every time. There is no one in society to understand her tears. She has not shelter and nothing to survive. She is alone and helpless. We must root out these traditional blind believes to stop the tears of such innocent, poor, helpless widows.
